a mouse PAYMENT
Payments through the internet are only accepted via credit/debit cards. Payments are taken in GBP Sterling and Euro.  Deliveries are made only to the cardholders registered address.

Payments by cheque etc should be sent to the address below. Email us with your product choice and we shall contact you with the total amount including delivery and include a phone number in case of query. Delivery of goods paid for by cheque will take up to, but not necessarily, 28 days,

FAULTY GOODS
We want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. If however, they are faulty, please email us explaining the problem. From your feed back we can learn how to improve our products so we can continue to offer the best quality, best value washable nappy available, so please explain thoroughly what the problem is.  We will then either replace them for you or offer you a refund with no hesitation. If you have a minor problem but wish to keep the products, please still email us and let us know. Of course you are always invited to email us when you have any positive feed back too! For your own peace of mind, please always use "Recorded Delivery" when returning products.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

UNWANTED GOODS
If your goods are not faulty but you do not wish to keep them, we will offer you a full refund providing they are returned to us unused and still the condition you received them in. Because we understand that buying a kit of real nappies can be quite an investment, we recommend you purchase a trial kit to see if you like them first.
