BUT, they are an expense to fork out when you have a new baby. This is why I have set up this "pay by instalments" option so that you, your friends and family can make easy affordable payments towards the nappies of your choice.

This is how it works...
Simply fill in this form online or post it back to us. We will then add you to the many customers who are already taking advantage of this opportunity and email your unique customer number. We will also attach an invitation for you to send to friends and family should you wish, inviting them to contribute towards your purchase.

Once you have this customer number you may use it to pay by instalments using our online secure payment system. You may pay as much and as frequently as you like with the minimum payment being £10.

Once you have completed the payment plan you will receive an email asking when you would like to take delivery of your order. We use overnight couriers for all our kits.

Q. What if I change my mind and decide not to purchase my nappies from littleLAMB?
A. That is not a problem at all. Simply email us your request with your name and customer number and we will refund the cards used to make the payments.

Q. Are there any hidden charges for this service?
A. No- what you see is what you get. It is best to decide on what kit you would like and let us know at the beginning. We promise that your order will not be affected by price changes. We will advise you of total amount due including the delivery charge when we send you the customer number.

Q. Do I need to pay a certain amount each month?
A. No- you can pay as much or as little as you want (with the minimum amount being £10)- when you want. However, many customers have decided on what kit they would like, and have worked out the monthly payment plan themselves.

Q. How will I know if my friends and family have paid into my account with littleLAMB?
A. Simple, every-time we receive a payment we shall send an email confirmation to the card holder AND the account holder.

Q. What if I want to find out the balance or have any other questions?
A. Easy- just email or phone and we will be happy to advise you of the balance or help in any other way.
