Nappy kits and larger purchases are despatched via ANC couriers and a signature is required on delivery. Most orders received by midday Monday to Friday will be received on the following working day if you live on the UK mainland.
If you live in an isolated location or an obscure address it'll take longer to find you, so it'll be helpful if you can type in directions in the 'extra instructions' box on the payment page.
Delivery to the Highlands, Islands and all EU countries can take up to 5 days and may arrive via the Post Office's standard parcels service.
Trial packs and smaller purchases will arrive via 1st class post.
If your nappy kit hasn't turned up within two days please email us via the contacts page and we'll chase it up.

Apart from the Channel Islands it is not possible to send Littlelamb nappies outside of the EU due to Duty, Taxes and ridiculous amounts of form filling sorry!
