Answer

Littlelamb nappies have improved over the years and our current version is the quickest to dry yet. The main change in drying time is do to the internal booster being changed from cotton towelling to a super absorbent fleece material. Fleece has the benefit of retaining fluid between the fibres rather than inside the fibres as with cotton. During the spin cycle the fluid in the fleece is spun out onto the outer layers of cotton where it will evaporate.!

Line drying in direct sunshine is best as the sun naturally bleaches the fabric and it's free. Near, but not touching, a heat source like a radiator is good but LittleLamb nappies can also be dried on a low heat in a tumble dryer. Excessive high heat in a tumble dryer will affect the life of the elastic and Velcro but is alright occasionally in emergencies. Please make sure the nappy is cool before putting it on.

Air movement is the key to drying any garment. The warmer the air temperature the quicker the water molecules evaporate but without a draught the evaporated water molecules will be attracted back to the garment. If you air dry the nappies inside make sure they are in a draught or consider using a table top fan to circulate the air.
